Travel time to Naga City from Legazpi may reach up to 6 hours if you're travelling via bus. From Naga City, one may choose to ride the bus directly going to Caramoan via the scenic Fuentebella Highway. We were there in the terminal at 4AM to reach Caramoan in the morning.
