Hello, how are you during this pandemic? I hope that vaccine is ready so that we can live safely and get back to our normal lives.  It brings dread to people but worry no more because I am writing our country's summer capital and nicknamed as the city of Pines, Baguio City. Baguio is a highland city in the province of Benguet that is perched on top of the Cordillera mountains. When you are in Manila and you plan to have a great place to escape the heat then Baguio's weather is right for you because the weather temperature ranges from 15 to 23 degrees Celcius all year round. Benguet can be conveniently traveled from Pasay via Victory Liner and taxis are also available to roam around the city.
