Recipe

My gastronomic curiosity made me decide to cook fried shrimp for dinner. I usually order food through FoodPanda.I washed and prepared its main ingredients: the shrimps, onion, garlic and tomatoes. First, I sauté garlic then put the onions on pan. Second, I added tomatoes. Lastly, I fried shrimps. After a few minutes, I have fried shrimps on the table. Itadakimasu.
Second, on this list is my recipe for a Filipino pork steak. Ingredients are onions cut in circles, garlic, pepper, soy sauce and kalamansi. I marinated the cut porks by mixing it altogether with the soy sauce, garlic, and pepper for around 30-minutes. To fry, heat the cooking oil on the pan and let it simmer for around 10 to 15 minutes. Set the fried pork aside as you sauté garlic to add the soy sauce and cut onions. Let it cook for around 10-minutes. Bon appetit!

Short weekend getaway in Samal Island

Samal island is one of the favorite tourist attractions in the Philippines. I have known since I was a kid that Davao City takes it pride in producing durian fruits and candies. Dining in at Gustoso Pizza Shop

When I am in my hometown  Gustoso pizza and pasta serves its customers with authentic pasta dishes.  A pinch of bite of their carbonara, spaghetti, and benne is flavorful. Their boxes of delightful pizza flavors vary. I am loyal to their Hawaiian pizza.  For those who want a decent meal I must say that their pork chicken dishes are satisfying. It's atmosphere is nostalgic. Dining in with friends is fun. Taking pictures of our food is happiness. When I am in our province, I sleep before 10:00pm. The environment is not stressful unlike the big challenge of the city life which is the long commute because of traffic.
