Asia's longest dual zipline |
The province of Bukidnon aside from being hailed as the pineapple capital of the Philippines has an eco-adventure park on top of Mt. Kitanglad. After spending a day on the island of Camiguin, I went to Dahilayan adventure park to have a unique amusement experience.
Bukidnon is Mindanao's fruit basket because it is home of our country's top pineapple producer Dole Philippines, Lapanday Diversified Food Products which is a top banana producer company, lastly Del Monte a famous supplier of our favorite fruit cups, canned fruits and vegetables. Rafflesia the world's biggest flower is found in Bukidnon. The province is also abundant in lakes and wildlife reserves that people can explore.
Moreover one can have a rejuvenating experience in hotsprings that are overflowing in the province and are developed into eye catching resorts. The mountain ranges of Kitanglad is a haven to one of the Philippine's few remaining rainforests where Philippine eagles dwell.
Ziplines help us fly over beaches and soar over canyons. One can experience Asia's longest dual experience here. It measures 840 meters at speeds of 90 kilometers per hour. Another option is the 470-meter zipline. Other adventure activities to try are the Flying Lizard Canopy Glider, Skytower Base Jump, Dropzone 120ft. free fall ride, Python Roller Zip ride, and ropes course.
